WheelX ("we", "us", "the app") is a mobility aggregator that helps users in Saudi Arabia locate and access shared scooters and bicycles operated by third-party providers. This Privacy Policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and your rights.
We collect information you provide directly (name, email, and — when you add funds — payment details processed by our payment partners); information generated when using the service (trip history, in-app wallet activity, favorites, and device identifiers); and, with your permission, your device location while the app is in use to show nearby vehicles on the map.
We use collected information to provide and improve our services, show nearby vehicles, process wallet payments, send service notifications, ensure safety and prevent fraud, and comply with legal obligations.
WheelX accesses your camera only when you choose to scan a vehicle's QR code to start a ride. Camera images are processed on-device and are not stored or transmitted.
Location is used only while the app is in use, to display nearby vehicles. We do not track your location in the background and do not store location beyond what is necessary to provide the service.
We share data only with: vehicle operators necessary to complete your rides; payment processors to handle transactions; and legal authorities when required by law. We never sell your personal data.
We apply industry-standard security including encryption in transit and at rest. We retain account information while your account is active; trip history is kept for up to 3 years for legal and tax purposes.

WheelX is intended for users aged 18 and above and is not directed at children under 13.

WheelX («نحن»، «التطبيق») منصة لتجميع وسائل التنقّل تساعد المستخدمين في المملكة العربية السعودية على إيجاد السكوترات والدراجات المشتركة التي يشغّلها مزوّدون خارجيون والوصول إليها. توضّح هذه السياسة ما نجمعه وكيف نستخدمه وحقوقك.
نجمع المعلومات التي تقدّمها مباشرة (الاسم والبريد الإلكتروني، وعند إضافة رصيد تُعالَج تفاصيل الدفع عبر شركاء الدفع)؛ والمعلومات الناتجة عن الاستخدام (سجل الرحلات ونشاط المحفظة والمفضّلة ومعرّفات الجهاز)؛ وبإذنك، موقع جهازك أثناء استخدام التطبيق لعرض المركبات القريبة.
نستخدمها لتقديم خدماتنا وتحسينها، وعرض المركبات القريبة، ومعالجة مدفوعات المحفظة، وإرسال إشعارات الخدمة، وضمان السلامة ومنع الاحتيال، والامتثال للالتزامات القانونية.
يصل WheelX إلى الكاميرا فقط عند اختيارك مسح رمز QR الخاص بالمركبة لبدء رحلة. تُعالَج الصور على الجهاز ولا تُخزَّن أو تُرسَل.
يُستخدم الموقع أثناء استخدام التطبيق فقط لعرض المركبات القريبة. لا نتتبّع موقعك في الخلفية ولا نخزّنه إلا بالقدر اللازم لتقديم الخدمة.
نشارك البيانات فقط مع: مشغّلي المركبات اللازمين لإتمام رحلاتك؛ ومعالجي المدفوعات؛ والسلطات القانونية عند الاقتضاء. لا نبيع بياناتك الشخصية أبداً.
نطبّق معايير أمان تشمل التشفير أثناء النقل والتخزين. نحتفظ بمعلومات حسابك طالما كان نشطاً، ويُحتفظ بسجل الرحلات حتى 3 سنوات لأغراض قانونية وضريبية.
يمكنك الوصول إلى بياناتك أو تصحيحها أو حذفها في أي وقت. لحذف حسابك وبياناته، راجع wheelx.moathhamad.space/delete-account أو راسلنا على privacy@wheelx.moathhamad.space.
التطبيق موجّه لمن هم في عمر 18 عاماً فأكثر وليس موجّهاً للأطفال دون 13 عاماً.
