You can request deletion of your WheelX account and all associated personal data at any time.
In the app: open Profile → Settings → Delete Account and confirm.
By email: send a request from your registered email to privacy@wheelx.moathhamad.space with the subject "Delete my account".
Your profile, wallet balance and transaction history, favorites, and trip history are permanently deleted within 30 days. Some records may be retained where required by law (e.g. financial records for tax purposes) for up to 3 years, after which they are deleted.

يمكنك طلب حذف حسابك في WheelX وجميع بياناتك الشخصية المرتبطة به في أي وقت.
من داخل التطبيق: افتح الملف الشخصي ← الإعدادات ← حذف الحساب ثم أكّد.
عبر البريد: أرسل طلباً من بريدك المسجّل إلى privacy@wheelx.moathhamad.space بعنوان «حذف حسابي».
يُحذف ملفك الشخصي ورصيد المحفظة وسجل المعاملات والمفضّلة وسجل الرحلات نهائياً خلال 30 يوماً. قد تُحفظ بعض السجلات عند اشتراط القانون (كالسجلات المالية) حتى 3 سنوات ثم تُحذف.
