1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using the WheelX application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the application.

2. Service Description

WheelX is a mobility aggregator platform that allows users to locate and access shared scooters and bicycles operated by third-party providers across Saudi Arabia.

3. User Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use WheelX and legally capable of entering into binding agreements.

4. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. All activities under your account are your responsibility.

5. Ride Rules & Safety

Wear helmets where required by law, follow all traffic regulations, and ride only in permitted areas. Riding under the influence of alcohol or drugs is strictly prohibited.

6. Fees & Payments

Rides are charged based on an unlock fee plus a per-minute rate as displayed on the vehicle card. Fees are charged in Saudi Riyals (SAR) to your WheelX wallet.

7. Limitation of Liability

WheelX is not liable for injuries, accidents, or property damage arising from the use of vehicles provided by third-party operators. Use vehicles at your own risk.

8. Changes to Terms

WheelX may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
